We want every visit to be easy and enjoyable!

Our policies help keep appointments running well for you and our team.

Attendance & Cancellation

Arrival:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed; arrivals after this may require rescheduling.

Late Arrivals:

  • We will try to accommodate late arrivals when possible.

  • Appointment end time may not be extended, and full service fees may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $30 fee, charged to the card on file.

  • This fee also applies to no-shows.

Repeated No-Shows or Late Cancellations:

  • After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, all subsequent missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service(s), and future appointments may be canceled.

Harassment

We do not tolerate any unwelcome or offensive behavior based on race, gender, sexuality, disability, or other protected classes.

This includes verbal abuse, sexual harassment, bullying, physical threats, or creating a hostile environment. Violations may result in disciplinary action or removal from our schedule.

Hygiene

To help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we ask that clients follow these guidelines:

Personal Grooming and Cleanliness:

  • Arrive clean, well-groomed, and free of any harmful debris or pests.

  • Avoid wearing strong perfumes, deodorants, or other scents that could cause allergic reactions.

  • Come with no lotions, creams, or makeup in the treatment areas.

Health Considerations:

  • Reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms.

  • Avoid visiting if you have contagious rashes, skin conditions, or other illnesses that could affect safety.

Our Commitment to Hygiene:

  • Technicians are held to the same hygiene standards as our clients.

  • All tools, equipment, and treatment areas are disinfected and sanitized after every client.

  • Hand sanitizer is available for both clients and staff to maintain cleanliness at all times.

Credit Card & Payment

Credit Card on File: All clients must have an active card on file when booking. You won’t be charged before your appointment, and any payment method can be used at check-in.

Payment & Past Due Balances: Payment is due at the time of service. Clients with overdue balances cannot book new appointments, and scheduled visits may be canceled.
